1. Do you ship outside of Kuwait?

We deliver across Kuwait and worldwide because great books have no borders!

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process your order on the same day payment is confirmed (except on Fridays).
Delivery time depends on the destination: Within Kuwait: 24 – 48 hours, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: 3 – 5 business days, Rest of the world: 7 – 10 business days.

Shipping details and tracking numbers are sent to the email address used during checkout.

3. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will follow up with the shipping company promptly.

What are the shipping fees?

• Within Kuwait: A flat delivery fee of 2 KWD.

• Outside Kuwait: fees are calculated automatically based on weight at the checkout page.
