Can I return or exchange an item?

• Books are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged if there is a defect or if the wrong item was delivered.

• If the reason for exchange is related to product quality (e.g., damage or defect), please contact us via WhatsApp and provide photos of the issue. We will cover the shipping costs in such cases.
  
  

Can I cancel my order?

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp.

• If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. However, the value of the educational materials will be refunded.
